House of Isle Puma, 5 Canal Road, Wellington, New Zealand, collects personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and guidance from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC). This policy describes what we hold and your rights to access and correct it.

We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, lesson notes, and appointment preferences when you enquire or enrol. Payment records are kept for tax purposes. We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be shared with accounting software hosted in New Zealand or Australia under contractual safeguards.

You may request access to or correction of your records by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 20 working days unless an extension applies. If you believe we have breached privacy principles, you may complain to the OPC.
